Fil Control has been manufacturing industrial sensors since 1990, with a focus on the textile machinery industry.

Our sensors are designed for use during various steps of yarn production, including spinning, draw frame (sliver), BCF, texturizing, winding, auto-winding, twisting, covering, assembling, and more.

The sensors play a crucial role in the yarn processing by detecting the breakage or stoppage of one or more yarns immediately and automatically. Once a breakage or stoppage is detected, the sensor will alert the operator on duty with a visible LED flashing signal and send out an electrical signal to the yarn cutter to cut off the broken yarn and grip the cut end, or send a digital signal to the PLC.

We also specialize in manufacturing sensors dedicated to yarn tension measurement, which is a critical parameter for yarn quality control.
