Speed and presence sensor

Hall effect is one of the technologies utilized in Fil Control sensors. These sensors are specifically designed to work with spinning machines, texturizing machines, winding machines, auto-winding machines, twisting machinery, and many other textile machinery applications.

Hall effect sensors utilize a phenomenon where a magnetic field can deflect the motion of charged particles in a conductor, creating an electrical voltage perpendicular to both the magnetic field and the current flowing in the conductor. This voltage, known as the Hall voltage, is proportional to the strength of the magnetic field and the current in the conductor.

In textile machinery applications, Hall effect sensors are used to measure the rotational speed of the motor shaft and the position of parts. By monitoring these parameters, the performance of the machinery can be optimized, and potential issues can be detected early on, ensuring that the machinery is operating correctly, and high-quality yarn production is maintained.

Fil Control sensors utilizing Hall effect technology are highly precise and reliable, making them an excellent solution for textile applications requiring accurate rotational speed measurement and part position detection.
