BUSINESS CASE : CFD
The CFD is a product developed for RIETER ICBT for its exclusive use.
It consists of an automatic yarn-cutter and a capacitive detector of wire. Operating conditions require that the movement of the guillotine be complete to guarantee the cut, with a sufficient release to ensure that the guillotine will not be blocked, nor slowed down or deviated from its trajectory. The time of pneumatic feeding must be in connection with the air flow, and the time of displacement of the guillotine must be 50 ms ± 10 ms.
