MOS-EG

The MOS-EG is a non-contact yarn break opto-electronic sensor based on IR light detection.

To control the presence of several yarns in assembling + twisting process. (The control is only possible before assembling and twisting. All yarns must be driven in rotation separately in MOS-EG sensing area). When yarn(s) breaks or ballooning speed rotation decrease, MOS-EG sensor will indicate a default situation and give the information to the machine or to the operator by the means of a LED. It can activate a yarn cutter or stop the position.
